Sorensen / Elgar 50V 38A Programmable 2kW DC Power Supply, model number DCS50-40M16. These are new/RFE units that were removed from new custom power assemblies (see picture at bottom). They do not include the original box or certificate of conformance. They are in excellent condition and have some very minor marks around the mounting holes because they were previously mounted.
The front panel features a 10-turn current control knob with a locking shaft, along with a current monitor (100mv/Amp). The voltage (and current) can be monitored and controlled via the "programming, sense, and monitor connector, J3," located on the back of the unit. See product manual for details. These units were manufactured in a configuration without front panel meters and no front panel voltage control, as shown in the pictures.
