  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Please use the shopping cart to calculate shipping costs. Prefer another shipping method? We can usually accommodate, please contact us.

  • Can you bill shipping costs to my UPS or Fedex account number?

    Yes, please contact us to arrange. The order may still be placed through our web site, in which case the shipping cost will be removed before billing (provided the customer has promptly provided shipping instructions). A packaging/handling charge may apply for some items with special packaging requirements.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Next day air orders for parts will usually ship same day if ordered before 2pm Pacific Time (on business days). If after 2pm please inquire as to whether same day shipping is still possible for your item. Some orders may require additional time, such as bulk orders, equipment with special packaging requirements, freight shipments, and some orders with ground shipping. Same day emergency service may be available by UPS, Fedex, or customer arranged carrier -- please inquire.

  • I have an emergency need to receive a part today, what are my options?

    Shipping by same day emergency service is often possible. If outside of normal business hours please inquire using our contact form -- we are often able to respond to urgent inquiries during off hours. When available, we can use UPS same day services, or the customer may arrange transport with another carrier upon approval.

  • Are these items in stock?

    Yes. Our current stock is shown on the product detail page below the price.

    - The shopping cart will not allow an order to be placed unless the full quantity requested is in stock.

    - If an item is out of stock this is displayed clearly and the item cannot be added to the cart.

    - Some items display 'Please Inquire' instead of a price. Most of these items are in stock. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

  • Is this product new or used?

    The item description clearly states the condition of each item. If the item is used this will be clearly indicated in both the title and description. Please take the time to read product listings and examine pictures before ordering. Many items are "new/surplus," which means that the item is unused and in excellent physical condition. New/surplus items were most often purchased as excess inventory from other companies.

  • Is this equipment tested?

    Yes, when possible and applicable. We are an electronics surplus dealer, and not a test or calibration lab, so we are usually not able to test calibration or perform other complex tests.

    Example 1: Power semiconductors: Samples of new items are tested; bulk quantities of new items in the original packaging are normally inspected and not tested. In nearly all cases we perform basic tests of used power semiconductors, including low-power switching tests of IGBTs, transistors, and SCRs. We are generally not able to perform detailed tests of more complex devices such as those incorporating integrated circuits.

    Example 2: Programmable power supplies: We normally perform a load test throughout the full output range of power supplies. We are usually not able to test computer interfaces, fine accuracy of calibration, etc.

    Example 3: Circuit boards: We are generally not able to test circuit boards or other complex devices. New circuit boards, as well as used units that were removed from working equipment, are presumed to be good.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Because we are a surplus electronics dealer and not a manufacturer or repair lab, we do not offer any warranty. We have a return policy that allows for the return of most items for up to 14 days provided they are undamaged. See our return policy, located on our Policies and Terms of Use page, for details. Please also read "Is this equipment tested?" (above).

  • Do you have a return policy?

  • What shipping methods are available?

    We have a daily UPS pickup and rates for UPS services are automatically calculated by our shopping cart. Shipping by other methods is usually possible, please inquire. Some large and heavy items must be shipped by freight; if indicated in the item description freight will be calculated and billed separately pending customer approval.

  • I have surplus inventory to sell, will you buy it?

    We are always looking to purchase new or used components that meet our criteria. Please contact us to inquire.
