Manufactured by Semtech (model# S6HVM5), rated at 5kV, 6A (in oil), or 2.4A (in 25C air), previously used. A .pdf datasheet is available, here. There is a very thin film of oil present on some of the diodes due to prior immersion in oil (non-PCB). We also have new units available here.
