Manufactured by Semtech (model# S3HVM7.5), rated at 7.5kV, 3A (in oil), or 1.5A (in 25C air), previously used. A .pdf datasheet is available, here. There is a very thin film of oil present on some of the diodes due to prior immersion in oil (non-PCB).
