Semikron model 30651471 / SKS300FB1CI-2-85v12 Inverter Assembly. Contains two 1200V, 1800A SKiiP1814GB12E4-3DUL IPM units in a Quad/H-Bridge configuration. New/Surplus. Units came in the original shipping container from Semikron (we purchased from a closing wind power company).
We speculate that these assemblies were intended for use in a 480VAC 500kW wind power converter, possibly using multiple units in a 3PH delta configuration, but were're not certain. We have specification sheets for the components, but not the full assemblies. See detailed photos showing all components. Units weigh 92 lbs, dimensions are approximately 28 x 9.5 x 14 inches.
