Variable speed DC motor with gearbox. Used. Motor is Polyspede Electronics / Magnetek model 46606352546-1A. Gearbox is 400:1 ratio, Boston Gear model FWA732A-400-B5-G-T1. Removed from working machine in November 2005. The gearbox leaked oil while tilted in transit, and so will need to be refilled. Please see photos for additional specifications.

These assemblies each contain 2 Tsukasa 24V geared DC motors (part number TG-05C-SG-75-KA, gear ratio 1/75), 2 Copal magnetic encoders (part number RMS20-250-201-1), and 2 Copal 10-turn 1k potentiometers (part number M22S10). Including the gearboxes, the motors are approximately 1-3/8" diameter and 2" long. Specification sheets: encoders, potentiometers, motors (we have been told that the 05C motor series is very similar to the 05L series shown in the spec sheet, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for more specific details). Assemblies may vary slightly in physical layout. Click on the item image to see more detailed pictures and information. Previously used.
