Assembly is labeled as part number 151X1228BR02SA01 - Rotor Phase Module, Formex. IGBTs are also labeled as part number 151X1220BQ01SA01 and 151X1220bb01PC01. Circuit boards are part number IS200AEBMG1AFB. The IGBTs are also for sale individually (we can remove them from the assemblies) - please inquire for pricing.
