Diversified Technologies model PCB!DGD001!A high-voltage IGBT switching unit. Used. Each unit contains 1 Mitsubishi CM400DY-66H 3300V 400A dual IGBT module, along with control circuitry that employs an isolated fiber optic interface. Designed to be operated in oil (units have been previously immersed). Requires special isolated high-frequency power supply to operate control circuitry. There are 5 units available (price is per 1 unit). The last photo shows all 5 units in the original assembly. Units are capable of series operation - based upon the equipment this was removed from, we believe the total voltage rating of these 5 units, when assembled in series, to be up to 20-30kV!
