Infineon model FS450R17KE3 IGBT 6-pack, with IS200AEBMG1AFB circuit board attached. New/Removed from New Equipment. These were removed from assemblies like the one pictured here. The circuit board is soldered to the IGBT module and if necessary can be removed by desoldering.
