High-power IGBT assembly - New/Surplus. This assembly contains (2) Infineon model FS450R17KE3 IGBT 6-pack modules (6 x 1700V 450A). The modules are mounted to a liquid-cooled heat sink and wired in parallel to form a half-bridge configuration (net rating of 1700V, 2700A x 2). Assembly is labeled as part number 151X1228BR02SA01 - Rotor Phase Module, Formex. IGBTs are also labeled as part number 151X1220BQ01SA01 and 151X1220bb01PC01. Circuit boards are part number IS200AEBMG1AFB. The IGBTs are also for sale individually (we can remove them from the assemblies) - please inquire for pricing.
